Rosemead Gardens was a single rear extension and conversion of the garage to open up the clients living areas and create a forth bedroom and study downstairs. We were instructed to design and install a Kessler kitchen which was designed with a secret door to the utility room which the client adored. We installed a large canopy to the rear extension to allow the client to have the bifold doors open in the summer when it rains. We installed a nice sandstone patio for the client and a new gate.
