Quality Assurance

From London 101’s inception, it has been imperative to us that our clients and our employees feel valued and protected, which is why quality assurance is at the forefront of everything we do.

There are many factors that contribute to a robust quality assurance process, all of which must be measurable and maintained in order to truly be effective. London 101 take quality assurance matters very seriously, as without them we cannot possibly fulfil Our Mission to provide the best service, finest build quality, and most sensational design.

Where quality craftsmanship meets sumptuous design.

To deliver our best-of-breed customer service to our clientele, we have built our company on three core principles. These principles represent the structure of our business.

Protecting our People

Aligning our Standards

Respecting our Processes

Outstanding Quality, Assured.

Here are just some of the factors that form our London 101 Quality Assurance Directive:

Health, Safety & Wellbeing

We adhere to Construction (Design and Management) Regulations at all times, ensuring health and safety issues are properly considered during a project’s development, so that any risk of harm to those working is reduced. CDM Regulations also protect the safety of those visiting active sites, and set standards for co-ordination, communication and planning.

At London 101 we also recognise our responsibility when it comes to the wellbeing of our employees and sub-contractors. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to work in an open and compassionate environment, as well as a safe one.

Accreditations

The Federation of Master Builders is the largest trade association in the UK construction industry. FMB membership must be earned, and London 101 passed a strict vetting and independent inspection process before joining. We are proud to meet the high standards of a Master Builder.

SMSTC
Our company is affiliated to the SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) from the Construction Industry Training Board, the industry-wide standard for the management of health and safety on construction sites.

Robust Infrastructure

Whether you are a homeowner, a commercial client or a development partner, we believe that good workmanship is the result of having highly skilled personnel, good planning and considered procedures in place.  This combination enables better workflow and project measurability, and ensures that we deliver of promise of substance and style in equal measure.
